“Very poor hospitality. Staff seem hesitant to communicate with guests—you always have to approach them first. We arrived early around 1 PM and our room was not ready, so we went to the pool and ordered snacks and drinks. Prices were extremely high, even compared to some 5-star hotel restaurants, but the service was disappointing. When I ordered a beer, the staff simply placed in front of me without even offering a glass. Until 2:30 pm room was not ready, it's ok we can understand, but no any information from staff. We went reception wait until 3 pm no one even come to us and inform how long its take. I know they not gonna inform us so i went to reception after 15 min finally. The room felt like an old apartment rather than a hotel room. Overall, the staff did not seem to care about guests. During checkout, we waited about 30 minutes for clearance. The front desk staff didn’t update us; they were busy talking among themselves. I had to go back to reception to ask, and only then they said everything was cleared. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Old hotel and room not that much matter but this hotel service below zero.”
