“We booked this Hotel for 2 nights. We rode motorcycle from Singapore in to Thailand. As we arrived early on 21 Sep, we requested the staff for early check in as we were exhausted. But we were turned down rudely. Accepted that it's fine, we asked the staff if they can give us a call when the room is ready (as we wanted to go for the drink). Again, staff rudely rejected and asked us to come and check ourselves. When we came back to check in, staff was extremely rude, when questioned that the room is not free, we pay for it, staff replied that we can look for another hotel if we are not happy. No doubt good location, the customer service turned out be a bad experience. Not recommended as there are better Hotels around. ”
