“The rooms were a good size. We did get moved to a better room. Our first one had netting covering balcony. Beds were comfortable and lovely pillows. Very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You need transport really to stay here. It's such a shame as this could be great. Location very quiet. Restaurant on site was terrible, how you can make Thai food bland is beyond me. Also food is not cooked at hotel. It also states private beach, there was sand but no way of getting onto beach. Spa well how you can call this spa hotel is wrong. There was a small room by beach. I had foot massage in a very uncomfortable chair. There was nothing relaxing like in a normal spa. This was way overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at.”
