When we were moved from the apartment to the penthouse, it was a complete disappointment. We were moved to the old building, and the room was in a worse condition. Many amenities that were in the apartment were absent in the penthouse. 3. During the whole time, they cleaned only 1 time, respectively, and took out the garbage only 1 time 4. To get to the pool, which belongs to the penthouse, is a whole quest, you need to get out of the room to climb the steps to the roof, open the doors with a key and voila, you are on the roof.
