“We are just about to leave the Hotel Rim and feel that we want to make a small contribution to the other messages of support. My Wife and I have had three nights stay and travelled to see the local area as much as possible. The hotel is homely, warming welcoming and pleasing, our room overlooked the pool and was to a really acceptable standard. Breakfast had a variety for all tastes, with very nice food and in particular the coffee selection, also free snacks at reception, a lovely touch ( great sticky rice crackers). The heart of this hotel is the staff, they are very hospitable, they want you to have a nice time, JUST GREAT STAFF. My Wife and I particularly want to thank Pong who was always there for door opening, logistics and a smile. James for his support and help organising our trips with great drivers at a reasonable price. All professional and ALL want the best for you. Thank you so much. Jules & Andrew”
