“Traveled with my husband and teenage daughter in March and had an amazing time! The hotel is extraordinary! It’s a little oasis tucked away off of the main streets, but just a quick Grab - or ride in the hotel’s complimentary tuk tuk - from old town. The room was beautiful - two bedrooms and a balcony overseeing the gorgeous landscaping and pool. I loved coming back every afternoon to relax at the pool with a fancy cocktail. The breakfast is extraordinary as well. The entire place is just beautiful - lush but still manicured, and the view at night with the lights falling from the trees is stunning. The best part is the staff! We did not meet a single staff member who wasn’t smiling and gracious. They went out of their way to get to know us, wave from the other side of the property, help us navigate the language and options on our 1st trip to Thailand - and packed us breakfasts to go when we had to leave for an early flight on our last day. It took us 24 hours of travel time to get to Chiang Mai and I would do it again in a heartbeat - and absolutely stay at Puripunn Hideaway! If you go, try a cocktail from Jack at the pool bar. Not only delicious but the attention to detail in presentation elevated the entire poolside experience. And that was reflective of the entire experience at this boutique hotel! There was nothing we did not like! But - I would not recommend this location to loud party people. This is an elegant and relaxing place. One note - It does have steps throughout the property. Nothing extreme, but those with mobility issues should just be aware.”
