“Across the road from the beach sits Amari Bangsaen, making it an easy and convenient seaside getaway. We booked the Bangsaen Suite, and the reservations team was helpful in confirming our ONYX Platinum 24-hour stay benefit before arrival. This allowed us to plan our trip much better and make full use of our time at the resort. A special mention to Bellhop Tew, who assisted with our luggage during check-in. He was consistently friendly, always smiling, greeting guests, and happy to help whenever needed. The Bangsaen Suite was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary minibar was generously stocked, which was a nice touch. The standout feature for us was the large round bathtub — easily big enough for our family of three to enjoy. Bedding was comfortable, and we appreciated the pillow menu, allowing us to choose the pillow type that suited us best for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road and plenty of local food options nearby. Combined with the comfortable suite, warm hospitality, and Platinum recognition, it made for a very enjoyable stay. We left feeling relaxed and enjoyed the beach vibes that we postpone our return flight and did an impromptu booking at Amari Pattaya. Hopefully the experience would be as pleasant as Amari Bangsaen as they uphold the standard high.”
