“Rooms are dirty. The white towers are browndish, not white. Water boiler inside is rusted. Equipments like air-conditioner remote is half-falling off. Bed head-board has pile of dust. Condiments like coffee are not refilled or partial refill for some days. One of the rooms assigned to me has dimmed light and hardly able to see anything clearly. It was very hot and air-conditioner could not cool it down. Luckily, got moved to a different room after several requests and demands. I was told the hot room had hidden cameras which can be viewed from the reception. That wasn't nice. Not sure any other rooms have similar hidden cameras. Felt unsafe.”
