“I had an appointment at Bangkok Hospital and the hotel was a slow 5 minute walk to the main entrance which was ideal for me (they also have a buggy transfer). The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. They let me leave my luggage while I had my appointment. I had also forgotten to pack an adapter for my phone charger and reception let me borrow one. They were very helpful. I like a balcony but I knew when booking that the hotel does not have any but the location over rode in this instance. Also, I arrived early after a long haul flight and I could see they were not full but I was offered an early check in for a fee. It would have been a nice gesture if this had been complementary as I have experienced with other hotels. I paid the extra as I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep but it did slightly wrankle.”
