“The staff was very helpful, the free water was nice, the path along the canal and ferry are great. I feel the description was accurate. They also gave a backup wifi which was great. My room was quiet enough and I didn't find the beds too hard. The view of the canal from my room was a really amazing bonus (I was room 610). Small things: Bathroom always had some water coming from somewhere on the ground even when I didn't take a shower. Could do with some soft lighting for right before bed only options were totally dark or super florescent. Initial wifi didn't work on iPhone but they said that might happen at checkin and gave a backup. Still, would be cool if they fixed it as the backup is a bit slower (as they also said). Nothing major though and I'd probably stay again.”
