“Nothing. Cockroaches, lizards, no proper solution, and aggressive staff — avoid this property. Within minutes of entering the room, we found cockroaches and lizards around the desk, entrance, toilet, and bathroom. We reported it immediately, but the response was not acceptable: a staff member simply tried to remove a cockroach with a broom instead of offering a real solution. We asked for another room, but no suitable option was provided that night, so we had to stay in an unhygienic room and could not sleep. The next day, we were told cleaning and pest control would be done, but cockroaches were still there when we returned. Even the alternative room had similar issues, showing this was a property-wide problem. The staff made things worse by avoiding responsibility, delaying the refund process, and acting aggressively when we tried to resolve the situation. A basic or budget property is understandable, but unsafe and unhygienic conditions are not. Guests should not have to sleep next to cockroaches or argue for basic cleanliness. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.”
