“The Daraya is an absolute diamond of a hotel in Bangkok. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful and kind people I have met and I am so grateful for their help, checking in on me, receiving everything I order to the hotel and always being so warm and welcoming. The hotel location is perfection, less than 5 minutes walk to MBK centre and 10 into central Bangkok, unlike some hotels it’s also so easy to get a taxi at this hotel and the staff who work downstairs are the best and make me smile every day. Easy walks to the BTS as well. The hotel itself is beautiful I feel like I’m in a castle, the rooms are so spacious and have lovely detailed touches in them such as the Bluetooth speaker and bath salts. The cleaning staff always leave the rooms spotless and are careful and thorough (and I love seeing them in the morning when I leave as they are always so smiley.) The bed is luxurious and comfortable and I never hear any noise in our outside the hotel and the air con works really well. The pool on the roof is a bonus, sunshine during the day and a beautiful view at night, lovely place to unwind. This is my favourite hotel in Bangkok especially because of the wonderful staff and I look forward to staying again. Nothing”
