“The location is amazing. Great for first time comers. Great breakfast, a dreamy swimming pool, very friendly staff, great clean, beautiful room. Our minibar wasn't working. I contacted the staff. They sent a technician to the room. Did not solve the problem. The next day I complained again and they changed it to one that did work. At checkout, I asked them if they could not charge for the bucket of ice I had ordered because our drinks were warm and they very kindly obliged. I need to mention Deng, a really friendly concierge that works at the hotel. Always ready to help you out with calling a cab, taking you to the massage parlor in the hotel car or just anything you might need. The guy is know-all. Their rooftop is an "I'm-in-a-movie" kinda experience. Beautiful, amazing music, and delicious hand crafted cocktails. All for quite ok prices for the atmosphere you get. This hotel is a gem that should cost way more than they do. Totally worth it. Nothing. The stay was absolutely wonderful.”
