“Parking in front I reserved the room at 1:30pm for 2 adults and arrived at 10pm. Upon arrival the room only was supplied with 1 towel and a used bar of soap. I contacted the "reception" via WhatsApp with the supplied number and got rude unhelpful response. I then wrote the owner via email through booking.com email and received the same response... Housekeeping left and they wouldn't fix the situation until the morning. My wife and I had to shower (in a black and green mold shower head) with used soap and share the towel... Then we had to make our own bed as it was just a mattress pad and blanket, sheets left in the corner. I've stayed in cleaner places with better hosts in war zones! Absolutely unacceptable”
