“Arrived at the hotel and were told we didn't have a reservation despite having the confirmation on my phone. We waited approximately half an hour at the front desk as the host said he was dealing with a large party, however there was no signs of a large party. He then told us he could squeeze us in as a room was available on one of their other properties. We were given directions to the property, but after looking for half an hour, we were not able to find it and returned to the see the host. We asked him to walk with us to the property but he was unwilling, but when other guests also had problems finding the property, he walked with all of us to the second property. We were then put in a room that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I returned to the front desk to ask for an iron, but the host didn't have one. I asked him why the hotel is misrepresented online and why there's been so many inconveniences, but he told me it wasn't his hotel and any complaints should be handled with the main office. He then swore at me in Spanish and locked himself in his room behind the counter. Our room had a shower that didn't work, and the hotel was also hosting many loud parties with many intoxicated people wandering throughout the property. This was approximately midnight by this point. From the time we arrived at the hotel, to the time we were given a room was a little over an hour.”
