“The cleanliness was 5/5. The staff really cared about the property. Carpets, furniture, dining hall, elevators, pool area in great condition. The food was great! Fresh, replenished regularly during dining hours. I have a food allergy needing an epi pen and I did not need to worry about any contamination. The smoking. The first room I was assigned absolutely smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. I promptly returned to be reassigned to another room. The front desk gave me a little attitude about it but I was given another room and the issue solved. Smoking / vaping shouldn’t be allowed on pool chairs or room balconies. Designated areas outside those places would really signify a wellness spa.”
