“We had this hotel booked from Saturday, 15th November to Tuesday, 18th November. With a month remaining before flying out of Perth, I made a call to confirm the booking. They cancelled the booking, reporting that they were going to be closed for business. No communication at all between the hotel and Flight Centre, or me, regarding this development. The scary thing is, if I had never made the phone call, wouldn't someone have contacted Flight Centre or me in time to not only get a refund but also book another hotel? This is an unacceptable service, and the hotel should have communicated the financial difficulties well in advance. Fortunately, with help from Flight Centre, another hotel was able to be booked for the same dates.”
