“I entered the room and there were ants crawling all over the table next to the bed. There was something sticky all over it. I had requested a non-smoking room. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke (like the other reviewers said). I called the front desk about the ants and they said there were no other rooms left but that they would "call the manager." Magically there was another room, however it ALSO smelled like cigarette smoke which I am allergic to. And there was a man screaming somewhere down the hall. They refused to give me a refund even though I requested a non smoking room. I had to move to another hotel. Thank goodness there was one available down the street. ”
