“Location. Rich breakfast. Been in hundreds of hotels. And always had service where room is automaticlly cleaned everyday unless you put sign not to clean room. We arrived in Terraza saturday afternoon. Room wasnt cleaned on sunday, but i guessed maybe in sweden they simply dont clean rooms on sundays. Waitied monday, no cleaning and on monday evening asked reason. And they said you have a sign in a room if tou want to clean room you need to place it. Went to my room, found sign deep in closet where i would never even notice it. Placed sign on tuesday, but i guess there was wind or something in hallway, sign was down on floor when i found it in the afternoon. So ended up spending 5 days in a room that was clea ed 0 times. Hotel was decent, breakfast great, location premium, but this part with no room cleaning for 5 days ruined my feeling a bit.”
