“The location was excellent, the pool temperature was very comfortable, and the drinks at the bar were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience was disappointing. Both dinner and breakfast were of poor quality. During dinner service, some staff members came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. I did eventually receive assistance from someone helpful, but it required unnecessary time and effort to resolve. At check-in, I was overcharged, and it took a considerable amount of time to clarify and correct the issue at reception. While this may have been an isolated incident, it left a negative impression. Additionally, the drinks served at the pool were of notably low quality, despite being priced at a level one would expect from professionally prepared cocktails.”
