“The check in/out process were very smooth, the staff at the reception were always ready to support/ answering my questions with a smile Salute to both Julia and Zahra. Location is very close to the center, walking distance from bars/ restaurants. free water, coffee, cookies at the reception. I booked Deluxe Double Room which was very good for 2 people, view of the church and the river. you have every basic option for breakfast; scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, oats.. croissant, different types of cheese.. etc, next time I am in Eskilstuna, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. the mattress and pilows need to be upgraded, the bed is not soft and pilows are very thin not comfortable. The issue of the spiders on the window from outside at night needs to be seriously taken care of, even though they wont enter the room (AT ALL) but looking at them building nets is not something very comfortable. cleaning the room every 3-4 days was something a bit odd for me because all the hotels that I have stayed in they clean the rooms every single day.”
