“We stayed at STORY for 5 nights and 6 days, and overall, we were very satisfied. It is a beautiful and well-maintained resort, surrounded by lush greenery that makes the entire environment very pleasant and inviting. The service was very good throughout our stay. We stayed in a Garden Junior Suite. The room was comfortable and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were of a high standard. We had breakfast included, which was excellent and offered a great variety. A huge plus was their flexibility on our departure day. Our flight back wasn't until the night, and the hotel accommodated us with a late check-out for a relatively nominal fee. This was a big deal for us and made our last day so much more comfortable. However, there are two downsides worth noting: Noise insulation: We usually prefer smaller boutique hotels. In a hotel of this size (around 100 rooms), there is a trade-off, and you can certainly hear noises from the adjacent rooms. Room darkening: The room isn't completely sealed off from sunlight, as light creeps in from under the curtains. This is a bit disappointing for those who like to sleep in while on vacation. Overall, despite these minor flaws, it’s a genuinely good place that provided us with a highly enjoyable stay. Recommended.”
