“Specially thanks Fahad and Farhan I recently stayed at [golden dune almalaz ] and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, situated close to popular attractions and local eateries, making it easy to explore the area. However, I must mention an incident that left a bitter note during my visit. On my last night, after 3 am o'clock, I encountered a receptionist whose behavior was quite disappointing. While I have had positive experiences with staff members like Fahad and Farhan, who were both helpful and knowledgeable, and one other guy last night 3 am shift person this particular individual seemed to lack the same professionalism. His attitude was unwelcoming, and there was an unnecessary escalation in our interaction, which marred an otherwise wonderful stay. In conclusion, while I would recommend [golden dune ] for its great accommodation and location, I hope management addresses the service standards at the front desk to ensure consistent experiences for all guests. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in this area next time!”
