“I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Makkah. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and public areas that reflected a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping. The location is very convenient, offering easy access to the Haram through the hotel’s reliable shuttle bus service. The shuttle buses operated efficiently, were comfortable, and made transportation to and from the Haram smooth and hassle-free. The hotel also offers great value for money. Considering the quality of the facilities, cleanliness, service, and location, the price was very reasonable and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience with a good variety of fresh and delicious food. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist guests. A special thanks goes to Assistant Manager Tamer at the restaurant. His outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a significant difference during my stay. He was always approachable, helpful, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, convenient transportation, quality dining, and exceptional staff makes it an outstanding choice for accommodation. I could not find anything to dislike about the property. Everything was well organized, and all the facilities and services I needed were provided, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.”
