“Location, building, facilities, and the rooms. Unfair Room Downgrade: I pre-booked and paid for the highest and most expensive room category, but the hotel failed to provide it and forced us into a lower, cheaper category. ​Family Separation: The hotel placed my children in a completely separate room (Rooms 231 and 232) instead of connecting rooms, which completely ruined our privacy and caused us severe anxiety over our children's safety. ​Terrible Arrival Experience: We waited nearly 70 minutes just to get the rooms. Additionally, the front desk staff (Saleh) explicitly refused to assist with our luggage or park the car, forcing me to handle it myself after a long drive. ​Poor Amenities & Maintenance: The balcony door was locked and maintenance never showed up to fix it. The televisions are outdated and don't support modern smart apps, and the pool staff refused to provide towels, telling us to bring them from our rooms. ​Disappointing Customer Care: The Front Office Manager (Abdulaziz Al-Harbi) offered useless marketing rewards and points instead of a financial refund for the downgrade, and then completely stopped responding to my inquiries.”
