“I spent less than 24 hours in the city while staying in the hotel on March 22. My complete experience with the hotel can only be summarized as outstanding! Everything functioned in an excellent way since the first moment. Checking-in was easy and fast, the room was immaculate and clean, well equipped, warm and soundproof. Restaurant was good and offered a number of dishes, although I had to miss breakfast the next morning due to red eye flight to Moscow (but I was given a lunch box which was good). Begind the reception desk was small yet functional table with a PC for guests and there is an exposition of Simbircit stones with accompaning chains, bracelets, rings etc. Location of the hotel is superb, being in a proximity of Lenin Memorial Museum and the house as well as shopping malls and cafes and restaurants which I visited too. However, the biggest treasure of the hotel are girls from the Reception. Alexandra/Alex/Sasha, Anastasia, Anna&Co were simply great. Fast and smiling, professional to the core, they all have offered numerous suggestions and advices which all proved of great benefit for a traveller spending short time in the city (Thanks goes to all of you at the reception!). Management should be very happy having them there!”
