“I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Russia and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. From the reservation stage until my check-in at the hotel, the staff maintained continuous communication with me and never missed any of my requests. The reception team was highly professional and efficient, communicating both in English and through translation when needed. Requests such as a non-smoking room and a high-floor room were fully taken into consideration and carefully arranged. Taxi reservations, directions, and other requests were handled within no more than 5 minutes, which was truly impressive. The housekeeping staff definitely deserves special appreciation. My towels were changed every day, and personal amenities such as shampoo, shower gels, and drinking water were regularly replenished. All of this was done without any disturbance, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering suitable options for people from different religious backgrounds. The hotel also has a very nice bar, and the location is quite convenient and well situated. I would strongly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Not only the quality of service but also the attitude and kindness of the staff were outstanding. Thank you to the entire team. When I return, I won’t feel the need to consider any other alternative.
