From the hotel along the seashore you can walk along the health path (paved pedestrian road) to Matsesta. Hotel features The main building of the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a three-story building of the unique Sailing Center complex with a yacht marina, next to the Central Stadium of the city and directly adjacent to the pebble beach. On the territory of the Center of Sailing there is a Finnish and Russian bath, an equipped beach, an outdoor pool. Boat trips are organized on sailing and motor vessels, jet skis. The dormitory building is a two-story building consisting of 6 studios of various configurations, two halls and a kitchen area. The interior of the case is made in a marine theme. Each room and halls of the building are decorated with individual wall paintings. Coffee Botik Café serves home-cooked meals prepared by experienced chefs from fresh ingredients. Rooms description The hotel has 25 rooms ready to receive 55 guests. For organized groups, an additional 15 places are provided. Each room has an individual air conditioning system (split system), heating, plasma TV, refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven.
