“Hotel part: - everything is super clean - the staff is very friendly and helpful - nice buffet for breakfast and dinner - quiet location, nice view at the park and river Spa&pool part: The water in the pools is regular chloride water, not hot spring water. Also, there are too few pools for such big hotel. The indoor ones are usually full of people and children (only after 8pm it's child-free). The outdoor one is empty, but the water is a bit cold. If you're as brave (or stupid) as me, you can have the whole pool for yourself 🙂 The spa is better, but not really that much.”
