“Stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in the area. Hotel Delta 4 is part of a complex with at least one other hotel (Delta 3) that sits right on the waterfront at Tulcea. The hotel has good facilities overall. When we were there, parts of the hotel were being renovated and this appears to be an ongoing process. Our room was spacious and comfortable but a little bit dark and dated looking in terms of the decoration. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and they dealt with a couple of special requests for us very efficiently. Ten out of ten for the staff! The price was also very reasonable considering it is a 4 star hotel As noted above, the room itself was a little bit dark and dated looking but that was our only negative from this stay.”
