“Location and the masseurs are actually from Bali which is good as they have the right technique. Bar staff is great they speak several languages and are polite, breakfast is fresh and alright but bit tye juice fountain…was not clean for years as the ice is build up inside it and the juice flows on it constantly….hazardous though. Parking upstairs is difficult if you have a low car, you will constantly hit it ( I was with a GLA and still) Low pressure in room shower and down at spa as well, you want pressure in such places . Spa itself kinda outdated, no functioning buttons on the jacuzzi, you can see in the pool the oily water ( filters don’t work and people get in with all type of creams still on…they should push to mandatory shower prior getting in. Room overall alright, but bathroom is very small, if you are a bit taller you hit your head for example above the toilet placed unecesary towel holder that is made of iron, you bend to close the toilet seats and when you get up bang! No warning to watch your head is painted black so you in purpose get a concoction and forget about this place …so yeah overall disappointing sorry when it comes to the core of what is this hotel about .”
