“The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with a very good location. The overall service was excellent, and the staff provided a pleasant experience throughout our stay. The food was also very good, both in terms of quality and variety. Overall, the hotel itself made a very positive impression. Unfortunately, one evening there was a private gathering at the hotel which caused a significant amount of disturbance. From what I could tell, some of the guests appeared to be representatives or senior staff from the Romanian Automotive Register (RAR) and traffic control authorities. The gathering became very noisy, with loud music continuing until around 2:00 a.m., and some of the participants appeared to have consumed a considerable amount of alcohol. Several other hotel guests were visibly unhappy with the situation as well. While I understand that hotels host private events, I believe they should be managed in a way that does not significantly disturb other paying guests, especially late at night. Allowing such a level of noise until 2:00 a.m. showed a lack of consideration for those staying at the hotel and negatively affected an otherwise very pleasant experience.”
