“The room was clean, quiet and good value for money. I liked the fresh Mercure-style decor in the room. The parking is very convenient and there is an option to take the elevator from the parking level bypassing the stairs to the lobby. In the room there was a welcoming fruit plate. The reception staff was not very friendly, a receptionist actually told me there was no elevator from the parking level, then I found it myself. Seems like something the receptionist should be aware of. The shower in the room was basic and strangely constructed, it kind of hovered over the floor. To reach the pool you have to go outside the hotel building and climb some stairs.”
