“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and the temperature inside was around 27°C. Even with the windows open, the room felt extremely stuffy, and after a long journey we were unable to get proper rest or sleep well. Another major disappointment was the breakfast, which we paid extra for. The food looked very unappetizing and far from fresh. The scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelet were so dried out that it honestly seemed like they had been sitting there for days. The restaurant staff did try to improve the situation and were polite, but unfortunately that did not change the overall impression. It felt like the management was cutting costs on basic things that directly affect guests’ comfort. Sadly, we left very disappointed and would definitely not return to this hotel again.”
