“The hotel is in a central location, incredibly well appointed, has an exceptional world class spa, a fantastic bar, and outstanding staff who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional experience for their guests! I had emailed the GM, Ms. Stoel, prior to my stay, and she was so quick to respond, and incredibly gracious! She even sent me an email during my stay to check in on how my stay was going. The fact that this was high season and the hotel was sold out during my stay made her thoughtful gesture even more appreciated. Shout out to Dania who checked me in, arranged a wonderful upgrade to a premium room even though the hotel was fully occupied, and assisted me throughout my stay. Shout out to David who was very gracious to me, ensuring I was well taken care of, and comping my breakfast on the last day of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the English Bar, and the staff there- Daniela, Daniela, and Larisa took great care of me! Daniel, the sever at breakfast always remembered my coffee order and was always happy to see me. Last but not least, the spa staff were all incredible, especially the spa manager (I believe her name is Eliana). I visited the spa every single day, and twice on one of the days! It is one of the finest spas anywhere! There were also so many others throughout my stay that were incredible ambassadors for the Intercontinental Athenee Palace Bucharest. I will always treasure the wonderful memories from my stay at this luxurious property with such great staff!”
