“Such a lovely hotel - very spacious, clean, has a nice energy about it, lots of greenery surrounds it through many of the windows, very comfortable and large beds, big walk in shower, the food in the restaurant was fantastic! I especially loved the steak and I also loved the breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the pianist over dinner and it's very nice to sit outside and dine A La Carte on a nice day. I had to call housekeeping 3 times just to get my room refreshed properly. They kept doing strange things like forgetting to leave me toilet paper in the bathroom, or not replacing my face wash cloth, or not replenishing tissues, or not emptying bins etc. This was minor but a little annoying. Especially when you have to ask more than once to get it fixed. The restaurant did feel a little "stuffy" for a hotel situated on a business park - but at the same time I loved the food and the pianist. And once the staff got to know me a little they were more friendly. Would like to see it 'loosen its tie' a little bit (particularly indoors) and modernise with the times. I am speaking only about the room where the piano is situated. The breakfast room was fine.”
