“Our stay at Palacete Severo was exceptional from start to finish. This truly feels like a five-star experience, with kind and attentive staff (who all spoke excellent English) and made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and the grounds offer a rare sense of privacy and calm—especially impressive given the hotel’s location in the heart of a bustling city. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was a highlight: fresh fruit, delicious pastries, preserves, and butter—all thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We ate at Eon and it was delightful! The saltwater pool was another standout—perfectly warm, incredibly refreshing, and free from the harsh chemical feel you often get elsewhere. Paired with comfortable poolside seating, it made for a very relaxing experience.”
