“The room was very comfortable, the staff is extremely nice, the swimming pool is huge and the activities available are great. Breakfast quality is very good. The location is very nice, with great restaurants nearby and close distance from the beach, Leiria and other interesting places to visit. Not sure if it was an outstanding situation but the hotel was crowded with families with children, which made enjoying the swimming pool very hard, if not impossible. A suggestion would be to limit the hours for families with children or the area. Impossible to relax with having 20+ kids running around and screaming. Also, not good nor comfortable at all to have to go upstairs for the sauna and steam room. Breakfast room display is unacceptable, there is absolutely no space in between tables to pass through, the space between the food and the first tables is very small and the hotel was crowded which made impossible to circulate properly. This was even more ridiculous when half the room had tables that we couldn't use because it was set for main meals. Not pleasant at all the breakfast experience. The food quality was the only thing worth it at breakfast.”
