“We were familiar with Hotel Amadeos as we stayed here last year while walking the Camino, here we were again on the Camino. Fortunately little has changed since last year, we were pleased to be able to check-in at 1400, an added bonus. Our room #802 was roomy, neat and tidy and quiet, with a comfortable bed and two pillows each, good air-conditioning and natural light. We enjoyed being able to watch a few English speaking channels on the tv (not a smart tv). The bathroom vanity basin and bath tub had no plugs and the toilet button needed regular attention otherwise the water would continue to run. Breakfast last year was the highlight of my stay, but not this year, while there were plenty of options I felt that it had diminished, and there was no sparkling wine. I was disappointed to note that the hotel has not taken on my feedback from last year recommending that they purchase a stamp to offer to pilgrims on the Camino; still no stamp!”
