“Pictures on their website are misleading. We thought a bathtub was included in each room since the picture showed it. And the following picture on their website showed a room with a suite-like living area. But upon check in, we did not have one and we were told that we should have requested one. We were shown an available room with a tub but it was smaller than the room assigned to us. The sauna required a 30 minute notificaton because the hotel doesn't want to keep it running when not in use, the indoor pool was not heated. We paid in advanced for one week and checked out after one night. The hotel refused to give a partial refund and told my credit card company that we did not follow their cancellation policy. Be warned to make sure you know what you are getting if you think you want to stay here.”
