“-The concierges are so wonderful they planned the best day trip to Sintra for us- the driver was so fun and professional we had a great day. They also made great dinner reservations for us and were pleasant and always prompt to reply. -The room was clean and the entire hotel seems new and clean -We got a 2 bedroom Hyatt regency apartment river view with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms that came with a kitchen with a fridge & washer & dryer which we really needed after a week in Spain at a hotel with no washer/ dryer!! -The view was not the best I have had but this hotel cost 1/4 of what we spent at our hotel in Spain and I was relieved to arrive in Lisbon and "stop the bleeding". We could see the river and the bridge though from the balconies just off to the RT and it was pretty. Just our main view was of the convention center but that is ok as I knew it was a possibility. -Icon the rooftop bar was fun and has amazing views -Housekeeping was not great even though we tipped them every day. Had to beg for hand towels, etc -Viceversa great- sit outside if the weather is nice on that nice patio. -I was happy we stayed a short 20 minute uber ride outside of old Lisbon as it was easy to get down there and friends have told me the old hotels down there are not as comfortable. -Overall I was very pleased -EVERYONE was really friendly (except housekeeping but I understand a tough job)”
