“Literally everything about our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, modern but still with a breezy, cool, natural, effortlessly chic feel. The location was close to everything, and we were even able to find street parking for our rental car relatively easily nearby. The service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, genuine, helpful, and simply fun to chat with. The rooftop pool was beautiful, with an amazing view, and so refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. Everything you could want and then some, and the food was excellent. Which isn't at all surprising considering the restaurant is Michelin-star level for dinner. We made reservations and had dinner there one night, and it was one of the best meals of my life. Every detail was carefully curated, every bite was memorable, and the entire experience was exceptional. The sommelier was also incredibly knowledgeable and picked the perfect wine pairing for us. Lastly, and this is a small thing but every detail counts, they stock Castelbel Porto products as the hand soap, body lotion, and shower gel. I've been trying to figure out which scent it is ever since because it smells absolutely divine. I wish I knew so I could buy it and use it all the time. Our whole experience was perfect. No notes. Thank you, Hotel Avenida! Nothing I didn't like.”
