“The staff was amazing - very welcoming, polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every request and concern I had. To my biggest surprise, I was welcomed with a gourmet dessert and a handwritten note, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The room was brand new, so everything looked spotless. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, and I was impressed by the overall attention to detail. Breakfast had everything I needed, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated that the breakfast area was not too large, making it feel calm and never overcrowded. One more thing worth mentioning is that many hotels and private accommodations on the island struggle with mold due to the tropical climate, which creates ideal conditions for it. Since this hotel is brand new, there were no signs of mold at all, and it is clear they are doing an excellent job maintaining the property. (!!!) One detail I especially appreciated was the bedding. Unlike many other places on the island, the duvet was properly enclosed in a duvet cover instead of being placed between two flat sheets. It felt much more comfortable and, from a hygiene perspective, far more appealing. No issues with parking, and you can reach any place in this island very quickly from there. The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked more nights. I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again.”
