“The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We arrived after 11:00 p.m. due to the inter-island flight schedule, and they were incredibly helpful in making sure we could still access the treehouse without any issues. Just let them know your arrival time in advance, and they’ll do everything they can to help. As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated the care they took to ensure gluten free options were available. The chef even prepared additional gluten free food for me, and the team provided excellent recommendations for other gluten free restaurants on the island. The surrounding forest is beautiful, and it was a joy to relax on the deck or in the hammocks, soaking in the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. We also really appreciated the thoughtful pulley system for transporting luggage to the treehouse, which meant we didn’t have to carry our bags up ourselves. I have allergies and noticed a fairly strong musty smell inside the treehouse, which unfortunately gave me a headache. A dehumidifier or additional ventilation in the room might help to reduce the dampness and make the space more comfortable for guests.”
