“Staff were great and helpful, breakfast was excellent, rooms were cleaned regularly and were generally clean. The bakery next door is awesome and does very cheap baked goods for packed lunches. Very good location. 10 mins walk to most things. Be aware streets are narrow so if you hire a car, you may want to stay outside Ponta Delgada to avoid waiving your deposit. Lol. Rooms along the front of the hotel are directly on a road and can be a bit noisy. Also walls are paper thin and we shared a door with next door. Could literally hear everything.”
