“From when we arrived and throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room (50) had a pool and sea view with a balcony. A kitchenette provided all you needed if you wanted to prepare your own food. We did have to ask for a Kettle, but it was brought to us straight away. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage and plug sockets. The meals in the restaurant had plenty of choice, including for vegetarians. Explain to the chefs you’re vegetarian and they will happily prepare meals to your liking. The only downside was that the food could have been a bit hotter. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach with some bars. A supermarket is 5-minute walk away. As are boardwalks to enjoy a stroll along by the sea and the Lagoa dos Salgados where there is plenty of birdlife.”
