“Good location. I was given a room without curtains, impossible to sleep in. My friend was given a room where the toilet didn't work. I requested another room and got it. Both of my rooms had a bed with a mattress with excessive damage from whatever liquids. The carpeting on the floor was dirty. It turns out the hotel knows about all of this, and presumably other issues with their rooms, but they still give the bad rooms to their guests. That's inexcusable.”
