“the hotel has a beautiful design, the location near the castle is good, the small swimming pool is nicely located, food in restaurant is good, Jura area is beautiful We missed a smile. When you position a design hotel with spa as 511Poziem, a smile is needed and all the details, for a hotel so premium positioned, should be perfect. We had no hot water in the shower, during the morning (happened two times), beautiful located wine bar: was closed. Outside area near the large indoor swimming pool: very small. Wines: very expensive. Asked for some peanuts or bites at the pool bar: nothing. We arrived early around 11:30, so we asked reception: "what could we do now"? Very hesitant replies, no inviting ideas or solutions. As if we had a problem. We felt not welcome at that moment. I know, not everywhere we need the artificial smile and American way of servicing. But we felt that 511Poziem's service attitude was not in sync with the position the hotel claims. Moreover, details should be perfect.”
