“after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump of old carveval toys and general waste. after one night in an ice cold room, wearing jackets and trying to wash our baby with kettle warmed water, we have left. if you have any care for your and your family's wellbeing just choose anohter place to stay, there are 100s of options in the area. this place is simply hostile.”
