“We loved the room and the free upgrade, the double jacuzzi was amazing, the bed was so comfy and the Aircon worked. The staff were amazing. The topped up soft drinks in the fridges was a lovely touch as was the welcome bottle of fizz and the last night bottle of red. The hotel slippers and bathrobes were a nice touch too....and we had two bathrooms both with amazing showers. I paid for the birthday package and got £30 we got 9 balloons, a bottle of wine and some chocolates, there was supposed to be a commemorative banner that I was hoping we could bring home with us but instead they had a light box saying happy birthday which is a bit of a con as they obviously reuse that every time instead of putting up a banner, it was very expensive package for what we got and I was disappointed as I had said many times this was a suprise for my husband's 60th birthday so it wasn't as special as I'd hoped! The carpets need a clean, there were white stains on the black carpet that were not great to see. More instructions for using the jacuzzi would be good for guests, we had to work it out for ourselves but only a small thing. The biggest issue was when we arrived we were delayed getting through border control and the transfer we had booked from the hotel didn't wait long enough and we had to make our own way to the hotel even though we rang them and told them, we were a bit upset they didn't send another driver but upon arrival they were glad we had arrived and had upgraded our room.”
